Manually set Range for secondary Y axis

I created the below chart in power bi. I am able to see the pattern change for leads in every quarter but the pattern for cost per lead is a straight line because the cost per lead value is very low. The problem will be solved if i can change the secondary y axis range manually but i am unable to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

You are trying to cram too much diverse data into a visual. These data points have different orders of magnitude.  You could make the secondary Y axis logarithmic but that will confuse the users even more. Display the cost per lead in a different visual.
