Looking for helping creating an 'Alert' visual?

I am relativley new to Power BI and I was hoping for help creating a particular visual within my dashboard.

I have a large data set that contains multiple dates i.e. Information recieved date, started date, completed date.

I want to be able to create an 'alert' visual' to show number of clients that have a blank completed date and a start date >=greater than 60days from Today().

How can i go about creating this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try to search in the store. There are 200 different visuals with different features.
