Legend and Stacked column both in same order..has this been solved

The Column is sorting with first name in Legend on the bottom and last Name on top. Is there a way to have it sort with last name on bottom of stack and first name on top for better readability? I've tried things from other posts, but nothing works. I also saw to vote for feature, but looks like this request has been out there for years with no progress.

Please help out a girl. 🙂
