Kindly help me for conditional checkbox with action required on dropdown?

Case 1 - Filter beside snapshot of red color highlighted check box how we will place?

case 2-  And if you check the checkbox and select the drop down, then it should show all the list of names.

Case 3- If you uncheck the checkbox and select the drop down,then it should show all the list of names.

• Kindly can you please suggest and do the needful for above cases.
