Identifying users for a private listing of a custom visual on the Powerbi visual appsource store

Hi,

I'm confused by how to target users/organisations for a private listing of a custom power bi visual.

1.) Would the private custom visual appear on the AppSource store but can only be searched for/found by users identified in the private listing? How do users covered by the private listing find and download the visual?

2.) How do I target users to be included in the private listing? Is it by Azure tenant IDs or MS Entra ID? Are the IDs needed at the individual level or can one ID represent a whole organisation? I was hoping to either target by individual email address or domain to cover a whole organisation eg. @xyz.com
