I am currently working with an aviation organisation and have an idea for a custom visual, but I really have no idea where to start. I have recently started using deneb visuals, but I've not found anything like what I am looking for.
My visual would be similar to the default map visual, but instead of bubbles centred on a location, I'd like to use lines between two points (representing routes flown) and use the thickness and colour to represent measures, for example passengers and revenue, or times flown & load factor, etc.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!
Thank you in advance

James Dales icon map does this very well, also... check out this Workout Wednesday challenge with solution file... 2025 Week 4 | Power BI: Create a Rotatable Globe with Deneb by Ying Fu – Workout Wednesday

Thanks KerKol, I did see Ying Fu's rotatable globe - it looks really nice, however the example powerbi file was not available to download, and also the measure is still represented by a bubble centred on a location, I'm looking for the lines themselves. I'll check out James Dales icon map though, thank you
