I want to show sales funnel post taking user input on hot leads. How can I ?

Am preparing a sales review dashboard and want to show data post taking feedback from users

- Is this a hot lead (Yes / No)

and roll up the data only for hot leads. How can I do that ?

- I dont need to save user input in base data necessary but even if I can keep it in the report, it should be good
