How to use Managed roles in Power BI for security Purpose?

Hi,

I want to implement, some row level security.

I already have 2 datasets of excel sources joined which includeds region and market columns.

Now i want to implemnent security to set of users, user which falls in seicific region need to see that data set across all the pages.How to create a table with users and email id and do i need to incldue region column in security table to join with the two tables ?

How to enabled the row level security with Managed roles.
