How to show different columns in 1 column depending on rows (expanded level) in matrix ?

I have 3 rows in matrix table Client >> Product Line >> Product

If I expand Client to next level, i.e. Product Line I would like to see in Comments column comments coming from 1 column, let's say "Product Line Comments" ,

if I expand Product Line to Product I'd like to see in Comments column comments coming from another column, let's say "Product Comments" ,

Is there any way to this? To use 2 columns in 1 column, and which should be shown will depend on hierarchy level?

I know It can be done via selection button, to switch the column content, but that's not quite what I'm looking for.
