How to show consolidated values on visual without removing the dublicates in data set

The outcome should come as 1 in the visual instead of 4 .
You would create a matrix visual that has both the booking reference and PO numbers.
In collapsed view you get the total number
In expanded view you get the PO details.
I want to show in the clustered bar chart - is that possible
No idea how that would look like. Why 1 and not 4 ?
