How to read local file

Hi All,

Is there a way to read local files from folder or relative path within the coponent folder while developing custom visual and package it with the component?

For Example: Read topojson file from assets folder and render paths using d3.

Yes, there's. You should use an input element and FileReader to read a file (please take a look at this).
