How to organize different settings for measures like Power KPI visual?

I need to set different settings for measures. As example, Power KPI visual, Line settings. Can anyone share me tutorial or example or link of API documentation, how it make?

Such functionality is not supported by Power BI Custom Visuals API. It'll be implemneted soon but no ETA.
