How to map competitors

I am having an issue with mapping our competitors against our different offices. I would like a map that pinpoint our office locations and shows all of the different areas our competitors cover. if I select a competitor, I would like the map to zoom in and show the areas that it covers while also showing the areas that we cover. Can this be done in PBI?

That's not going to help me. I'm looking to build something similar to a competitior coverage map

you'd still need to create that competitor stuff yourself but the blog would help with the zooming.
