How to make the Persistent filter in BI report when sharing the report link with others? - Urgent

Hi, 

How can I apply a filter to a Power BI report that persists when I share the report link with others?

I want to ensure all meeting participants see the same filtered view of the data.

Previously, I could include filters directly in the report URL (https://app.powerbi.com/...), but that method seems to no longer be working.

Report URL filters still work.  You need to take special care with "weird"  characters in table and column names, and you need to make sure your specified filters actually impact the data model.
