How to display the month wise values based on year selection in Line Chart

Hi Hello, We have requirement like below.

I have month wise data as shown below screenshot. i want to disply sum of values like if current month is lessthan previous month then need to display previous month else current month.

For Example, for May month we have sum is 15 which is lessthan previous month (April 25). i need to display values of May is same as April values. same for all month based on Year slicer selection in power bi.

Please help me on this.
