How to display last N months data?

Hi,

I am trying to display last 6 months data using a new Measure of a seleted Date. However, it returns with cummulative result of the last 6 months instead of showing last 6 months' data. Appreciate if anyone can help?

Measure =

CALCULATE(calculate(count(Tracker[ID]), DATESINPERIOD(DIMDate[Date],max(DIMDate[Date]),-6,Month)))

Result (If I select 2020-12, table below showing 3 which is cumulative data from Jul'20 to Dec'20)

Most likely you need to use a disconnected table to feed your slicer.

Please provide sample data in usable format and show the expected outcome.
