How to create Multiple trend graphs based on Slicer selection and using multiple columns as values

Dear Power Bi Proffession, 

For below scenario,

Kindly help me with how to create the automatic multiple trend graphs based on selection of each standard/class.

 

Kindly note data may be in around 500 rows. Coud you pls help to get trend graph as Horizantal as 4 internal scores(Quaters) and verticals as level scores (1 to 5) for each student wise.
