How to Set the Tooltrip into single column in a table

Hi, I am using the table visual for display the data, but here we need to the tooltrip for single column, I have added another page and added that one, it's working for all columns, but i want to  display the tooltrip only particular column, how to achive this one.

I found that a tooltip will not appear if the measure it is based on returns BLANK().  Create a measure that has that behavior and put it as a tooltip.
