How do I add a line into my scatter chart?

I am unable to figure out how to implement a line into my fully completed scatterchart. I want the line to be a dotted line that is of the equation x+y=40, so not a vertical or horizontal. Would appreciate ideas or guidance. Thanks

    Not currently possible with Core Visuals. You will need to use a custom visual from AppSource
