How can I display decimal on y axis and percentage on hover over

Hello,

I have a scenarion where I want to display measure value on Y axis as a decimal number and disaply those values as percentage(data point) on the line chart when user hover on the it.  righntnow, I am seeing both as I have added percentage measure under tooltips. how can I hide with the decimal ones?
