Horizontal Bar Chart - Overlap feature not working

Hi

 

I've notice that the Overlap feature of the Horizontal Bar Chart has stopped working.

 

I used to be able to clearly show the measure, target and above target as seperate colors.

 

Now I just see a bar for the Measure.

 

Does anyone else see this?

    After further investigation I think it might be a data issue.

     

    I'm reporting off a Live connection to a Multi-dimensional Cube and it appears the developers have made a change to the way targets are calculated resulting in blank values at diferent levels of the hierachy.
