Grouping and row comparison

Hello,

I need your help.

I have an issue that i'm not able to resolve.

I have 2 slicers (scenario) which make row selections independently (use userelationship)

I need to group by Budget with these 2 scenarios

If someone has an idea?

Thanks a lot
