Gantt Chart: Child color rolling up to parent is wrong

Why is one of the child task colors rolling up to the parent and it's the wrong color?
For example: 
These child items are shown in green, orange, and red (off screen). However, the parent item rolls up showing a RED bar - indicating that this wasn't started. How can I fix this?
