Format options are not available on Power BI service

Hello dear Power BI community,

  I've done a custom R HTML visual which is a scatterplot and the user can choose to smooth or not the data:

Now, when I share this report on Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com), these options do not appear. Is there a way to make them available ?
