Excel link to Power BI Data Model Issue

I have a user, from her computer, when linking the Power BI cloud cube to the Excel pivot, the Data Model cannot expand or refresh.

Rare situtation, she is first case in my company, and the first case I have seen.

Have anyone encounted such situation, any solution?

Did you confirm that she has the latest OLEDB component installed?  That is currently x64_15.0.2000.654_SQL_AS_OLEDB.msi
