Hi there!
So, I am creating a dynamic supply/demand model in PowerBI for plastic injection mold manufacturers. I have created a combination chart where columns represent supply and lines represent demand. The columns are stacked, with each stack representing a new injection mold press that can produce parts. A slicer controls demand (users can change the percent growth of the company I am working for and the industry at large). As you change numbers in the slicer, the lines change on the chart. However, I want to know if I can tell the chart to add another press to supply if the demand line comes within 80% capacity. Is this possible?
Thanks!
Probably yes, but please keep in mind that Power BI is a reporting tool. not a supply/demand planning tool.
