Downloaded visuals disappear from visualization pa...

Hi,

my problem is that my downloaded visuals (from marketplace) do disappear from time to time from the visualization pane, no matter which report i use.

What could be the problem?

And how is it possible to save this pane with the downloaded to restore quickly afte the problem appear again.
