Documentation for dataVolume property in capabilities.json

Hi all

Is there a formal definition or documentation on the `dataVolume` property available in the capabilities.json file? I understand that it takes a value from 1-6 and through experimentation it looks like the visual can receive more data if you use a higher value. I would like to know what it does exactly and what each possible value means.

Thanks

Hi @saviourofdp,

I've never come across this before, but I'm intrigued by it now! All I can find is the definition as per the capabilities.json schema, which doesn't add any further insight. There's nothing in the commit history that singles it out (looks like it's been there since the beginning) and also nothing on the documentation site.

I would suggest contacting the team for clarification - [email protected] - as they do not monitor this forum, so asking them directly is probably the best avenue for you (but if you find anything out, please let us know!)

Regards,

Daniel
