Deneb timeline visual - how to stop axis changing

I've setup this visual using deneb to show various types of events over the past year, but when the filter is applied to an entity that only has a few data points, the axis changes as shown below. Is there a way I can amend the code to only show the proper 12 month layout? Top one is when there is lots of data, bottom one changes when only one data point. I just want both to look the same but for the dot to be properly placed in Mar on the second image.

thanks, I solved it by using a domain max expression that I forgotten to put in, only had domain min expression until now.
