    I found the solution, it was very simple actually

    "encoding": {
        "text": {
          "aggregate": "sum",
          "field": "Revenue",
          "type": "quantitative",
          "format": "#,##,,.00M;(#,##,,.00M)",
          "formatType": "pbiFormat"
        }
      }

    It was this part of the code that aggregated the data points:

    "aggregate": "sum"
