Custom visual made with Charticulator not respecting scale
- 6 years ago
Hi Anonymous,
At a glance, this sometimes happens when an object isn't snapped to a visual guide, however in order to investigate the issue, we'll need the raw file from Charticulator rather than the compiled Power BI custom visual. I did check the link in your OP but could only find the workbook and .pbiviz file.
If you're able to provide the .chart file, I can take a look. If you're not sure how to do this, please review the Download as Chart section of their doc.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi Anonymous,
I need the same type of chart, did you manage to solve the issue? Is it possible that you can share the chart with me somehow so I can make use of it?
Thanks,
Helena
Hi Helena,
Sorry I did not manage to solve this issue...
