Custom Visuals showing blank for users

Hi there,

I recently built a Power BI report in the desktop version with custom visuals including the Card Browser and Starburst visuals. I published this report to a shared workspace online. I shared this with my colleagues who have both admin and member access but when they view the report the custom visuals appear blank. However, when I view the report on the web version I see the visuals fine. Is this an issue with access or an issue with the way I've built the visuals in desktop?
