Custom Visual not working in focus mode(PBI Service)
Hello all,
We have used simple water fall chart custom visual. We could see this visual in PBI desktop, But in PBI service we cannot see this visual in focus mode. Can anyone help how to resolve this kind of issues.

Yes, I tried contacting the person who is mentioned in the support link but there is no response from them.
