Custom Sorting of X Axis Chronologically

Hi Power BIers,

I wish to sort the line chart by 'Week' chronologically, but move the weeks '49 - 52' in green block at right to the far left (shown in below 1st image). The expected sequence will be '49 - 52, 1 - 48'. Would love to hear your idea on that function.

The second image shows what I inserted in a line chart in the Visualization pane.
