Custom Chart Type Combination - column and line on primary axis, line on secondary axis

I need to create a custom chart visualization in Power BI to show TY Sales as a Line on the primary axis, LY Sales as a Column on the primary axis, and % Chg as a line on the secondary axis.

Could someone point me in the right direction to create this or if this has already been created?

Please use Line and Stacked Column Chart. It's built-in visual.
