Creating a Success Rate that Adjusts Based on a different Row

Hello:

I am working on creating a visual in powerbi that contains a table that has a bunch of different experimental trial locations. I want the table columns to be the trial location, the number of total trials in that location, and total successful trials in that location, and then the success rate for that location. I wrote this column into the query that I initially uploaded.

Additionally, there are other rows in the table that I initially uploaded including the person who performed the experiment, the date of the experiment, and more. However I only want it to group the success rate by the route and by filtered by the person or the date externally.

Currently when I put the number of trials, the number of successful trials, and the success rate into a table, the success rate as "sum" is an extremely large number that does not appear to make any sense. It does not seem to pick up on have this dynamic numerator and denomonator in the equation. How do I fix this?
