Create alret if there is data update on table dashboard

Hi everyone,

I have dashboad about termination employee , and that dashboard has conectio directly to database so if there is data in database update , will updata also in my dashboard .

my question is if i want create notifcation / alret and the alret will send to Specific via email or teams. How to craete that ?

i have tried follow tutorial in youtube but never success
