Create Bar graph of measures from 2 tables in same data model

I have 2 separate tables: 1st for Opportunity with measure for "Current Month Actual Sales" and the 2nd for Targets with measure for "Current month's Target" Values. Both have Division.

The sales are transactions on daily basis. The targets are set per month.

I would like to create one bar graph with both measures on Y axis by Division(X axis). In other words X-axis = Division, Y axis i drag in Current month Actual sales and drag in the 2nd measure Current month Target.

The issues I am expriencing is that the bar graph is giving me the correct monthly target but the Actual sales is showing the same values for all the divisions (showing the totals of all divisions)

Actuals sales = CALCULATE( SUM(Opportunity[Forecasted Net Annualised CC Y1 (converted)]) ,
    FILTER(Opportunity , Opportunity[YearClose] = MAX(weeknum[Year]) && Opportunity[WeekClose] <= MAX(weeknum[WeekNum])))

YTDTarget = CALCULATE( SUM(Targets[Target]) , FILTER(Targets  , Targets[Year] = MAX('weeknum'[Year]) && Targets[Month] <= MAX('weeknum'[Month]) ) )
