Conditional formatting for guage color vs. target

Hello,   Is it possible to set my guage color to green if > target value and red if <.  I'm using measures to get my values, so no table data.  How would I achieve this if possible?   ...

    Hello Russo 

     

    You’ll need a DAX measure that returns a color name or hex code based on the comparison:

    IF([ActualValue] <= [TargetValue], "#00B050", "#FF0000")

    Set up the 'Fill Color' in Format Pane with this Measure as Field value.
