Conditional color formatting for measures

Hi guys, 
I am wondering if it is possible to format color for each measures used in bar chart or funnel.
For example, I have a funnel like that:

I have 6 bar with a, b, c, d, e, f are different calculated measures. I would like to format if output of a measure < 1,000,000 the bar which is visualizing this measure would be red else the bar would be blue . Is it possible?
