Chart with y axis in percentage and x axis in cumulative total

Hi is it possible to create a chart where the x axis would carry a cumulative total and the y axis would show a percentage like the attached. Also each bar in the chart should be a stack chart where 2 measures can be visualised. For example for product A the sale in $250 with a contributions margin of 36% and a net profit margin on 20%. It would be really helpful if someone can show how a similar chart could be created. Thanks alot!

I suppose it's possible to develop a new csutom visual that implements such functionallity.

Could you please create an idea here to ask community to develop a new custom visual?
