Cannot find module 'powerbi-visuals-utils-formattingmodel' or its corresponding type declarations.ts

Hi

I am new to custom visual development, and trying to build my first custom visual. I am following the below link

In the step "Adding custom formatting options", when I try to replace the code in Settings.ts I get the below error.

Please advice on how to fix the error. 

The version of powerbi-visuals-tools is 4.0.5
