Can the second chart be prevented from updating?

Hello, I have these 2 charts, when I click on the 1st the 2nd is filtered, with that everything is fine. However, when I click on the 2nd so that the data of a table is filtered with what I selected in the 2nd chart (in the example I click on the "13" bar), this 2nd chart "updates" returning to its state original, is it possible that the 2nd chart remains with the filtered values from the 1st chart? Note: I tried "Edit Interactions" with both charts but it still doesn't work
