Calculate fitlered values for measures

Hello Community, 

I am currently trying to calculate a percentage of opportunities with the Engagement Status ACTION.

So my final calculation should be opportunities with action divided by overall count of opportunities. 

The engagement status is a measure and can not be included as a filter in Quick Measures. My Power BI skills are weak and I`d very much appreciate any input.
