CONSTANT LINE STACKED BAR CHART

Milestone column is sorted by Target Date column
For the sample data (below) , a stacked bar plot would like the one pasted (above). I have sorted the axis in the ascending order of Target Date.
Expected result: Similar bar plot with constant line for today()
