Best Type of chart to represent avg, below avg, and above avg

Hi folks! 

 

I'm asked to prepare a chart that represent the average score for groups of people and show as well how many of them scored above average and how many scores below average. 

 

What's the best way to represent these info without looking messy and complicated for the end user?

 

note that i have +4 groups
