Bar and Line Chart with dual Y-Axis based on legend value

Looking for some help on any exsisting visual that will allow me to create a bar chart (primary y-axis) and a line chart (secondary y-axis) where the data is defined by the value entered into the "legend" field.  Trying to show, in the example below from excel, 2020 & 2019 sales by week (in the bars) and then the 2020 & 2019 Sales % change in the lines.  This is accomplished by bringing in a "Last week Sales" number for the bars, and a "Last week % Chg" number for the lines, and using the "Year" in my legend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
