Argis map labels not beign displayed in service

Hi team

 

We have an issue with the labels when using Argis maps in Power BI Service and the worst is that it was working about two weeks ago.

This is how it is being displayed currently the labels should appear in the circles

 

Currently it is only working in Powerbi Desktop

 

Any idea would be really appreciated.

    Hello,

     

    I also encountered many issues by using the ArcGIS visual through Desktop and Service.

     

    The things I try to do are

    • I develop the report in Power BI Desktop and publish it without working on the maps
    • When the report is published,  I go to Power BI service and start to develop the maps
    • I ensure that the published layers (in ArcGIS) are shared with the people that will be using the report

    There are certain unexpected behaviors when using the ArcGIS visual between Desktop and Service, so the precautionary measure I recommend for the time being (pending a clear explanation) is to use layers and create maps directly where they will be shared.
