Anyone know what filters they used here?

Looking to build a report similar to this one featured in a PowerBI Monthly udpate video - and wondering if anyone knows what filters were used to get that overview tab at the tob with the logo in the far left corner and then the report tabs (it looks like) down the left hand side.

For logo you can use Image from the top ribbon of Power BI Desktop.

For slicers you can use core Power BI Slicer.

No custom visuals are in this report.
