Allow Grouping label on y-axis by allowing "concatenate labels" option for horizontal bar chart

Hi there,

I don't know if it's by design or if it's a bug. I'm really hoping to have "concatenate labels" (on and off) option available again for the horizontal bar charts. Right now, the option is only available on X-axis for the vertical bar charts. If we can have the option available for y-axis on horizontal bar chart, that would be super helpful in grouping charts vertically. I know the feature was avaialble in previous release. However, as far as I can see, my latest version, Version: 2.114.664.0 64-bit (February 2023), is not available.
